[Harold2001.FTW] Richard was disabled from a crushed leg in the coal mines. He had back problems and walked always with a cane or cruch. Richard liked guns & Knives. He was pretty sharp on knives. Richard was a good man. He served the LORD well. Richard passed away Nov.5,1999 at Beckley Hospitol after falling and breaking 2 ribs and brusing a lung. They sent him home after 2-3 days in the hospitol and latter he had a stroke and back to the hospitol and he went into a coma and never came out of it. Richard was inturned at Blue Ridge Memorial Gardens,Beckley,w.Va.. The rev. Otis Clyburn & James Compton officiated. Richard lived at Cool Ridge,W.Va. with his wife Nancy. He was inturned in the big Mosalem on the left as you are looking from the hill just as you go in.

[Harold2001.FTW] Carl is Interned on Belcher Mountain in the new Cemetary. Carl was killed in a car wreck.Some woman hit him from behind and drove his truck into a telephone pole and he was killed.Carl ran a gas station and repair shop in Salem,Va..He also worked in the coal mines for a while.

[Harold2001.FTW] Lorene was interened in Woodlawn Memorial Park in Bluewell, West Virginia. Funeral services was held at Cravens-Shires Funeral Home with the Rev. Earnest Westmoreland officiating at Bluewell, W. Va. Out of the family, that leaves only three left. Uncle Abe, Aunt Geneva, And Aunt India. There was 17 childern in this family.
